Dan Blaney, Head of Production

“I had the pleasure of working with Sachin as his Head of Production, and I can say without hesitation that he was a true standout on our team. Sachin has that rare and valuable ability to be both deeply creative and extremely detail-oriented. He consistently elevates the work through his thoughtful talent pairings and his unwavering focus on flawless execution, regardless of a project’s size or scope.

What sets Sachin apart is his solution-first mindset and his genuine dedication to collaboration. He is highly respected and trusted across the industry, adept at supporting both creatives on the agency side and directors and craftspeople on the production side. Few producers understand the importance of balancing these relationships as naturally and effectively as Sachin does.

Any brand or agency would be fortunate to have him. He makes the work better, brings out the best in people, and approaches every challenge with passion, professionalism, and an unshakable commitment to excellence. Deadass talented”

Sarah Roebuck, Managing Director & EP @ Final Cut

I’ve been working with Sachin Arora since the beginning of 2021. Our first job together was an incredibly ambitious remote shoot and remote edit that took nothing short of exemplary communication skills and extreme attention to detail. Thankfully Sachin had both in spades.

I’ve since worked with Sachin on multiple jobs and I can say he is easily one of the most buttoned-up producers I’ve ever worked with. He is an excellent communicator and knows how to keep projects of all sizes on the rails while driving them forward.

He is fair, transparent, patient, calm, and considerate. He understands the post production process and does an exceptional job of keeping all parties informed along the way.

Sachin is an absolute pleasure to work with and just a wonderful human. He will be an asset to any team and company lucky enough to work with him.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sachin Arora many times over the years on a wide range of projects. Sachin brings a great blend of taste, strategic thinking, and production expertise to every assignment.

He’s deeply knowledgeable about the creative landscape and consistently demonstrates skill and finesse in sourcing the right talent, managing bids, and navigating the nuances of agency and production culture. Sachin is someone I’ve always enjoyed collaborating with, and I have no doubt he would add real value to any team looking to create strong, culturally relevant work for their clients.”

Derek Cianfrance, Director/Writer

I am pleased to recommend Sachin Arora, an exceptional producer with whom I have had the pleasure of collaborating on numerous projects. Over the course of our work together, Sachin has consistently demonstrated creativity, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Simply put, he is the best.

Sachin always brings thoughtful, inventive energy, and humble, human leadership, to every production. His creative support is always genuine and generous, making him an invaluable partner throughout the process. Where many people would panic, Sachin is steady at the helm. He approaches challenges with clarity and humor, helping maintain a positive, forward-moving, inclusive atmosphere even in the most demanding circumstances. His personhood is not only refreshing—it is a meaningful asset that keeps production teams and creative groups motivated and connected.

Equally important, Sachin treats every person around him with respect. Whether interacting with clients, crew members, or regular folk, he embodies stability, responsibility, and care. He takes great pride in his work, and that dedication shows in every detail of his productions. In an industry that often operates under intense pressure, Sachin remains a supportive, reliable presence—a fixture of calm and competence.

I hold Sachin in the highest regard, both professionally and personally. He’s a good human being. Any team would be fortunate to have his talent, integrity, and collaborative spirit. I recommend him without hesitation.

Sachin Arora is the type of producer we all love to work with in the production world.

He is straightforward, honest, understands production and is very collaborative.  He is an advocate for the client both creatively and financially.  He asks smart questions  and responds to our questions quickly, efficiently and intelligently.

He makes production go smoothly as he keeps his creative team and the client informed of all production issues.  He is also there to help ideate on issues that inevitably come up on productions.  I am always very happy to get a call from Sachin as I know it will be a rewarding experience.

Over the last 20 years, We’ve worked with some of the finest producers in the industry and we would consider Sachin as one of them. We have worked on some tough jobs together - from a timing perspective, client perspective and production perspective. And no matter the challenge, Sachin is an expert at making problems go away.

He’s one of those producers who never panics - he just finds a way to solve it. What we really love about working with Sachin is that he’s a creative-first kind of producer. Other producers are sometimes willing to sacrifice creative in order to not mess around with the calendar or the budget. Sachin is the opposite - he does everything he can to ensure the work is the best it can be, even if it means working miracles with the time and money he’s given. So, any time we find out Sachin is assigned to my job, I’m more than happy - I’m relieved, because I know production is one part of the job we won’t need to worry about.

I had the pleasure of working with Sachin on the Pringles Super Bowl “Moustaches”campaign, and I can honestly say they were one of the most reliable and level-headed Executive Producers I’ve partnered with.

Super Bowl spots are pressure cookers by default; tight timelines, high stakes, and a thousand moving parts, but Sachin kept the entire production calm, clear, and perfectly organised from day one. Nothing ever felt chaotic. Sachin has that rare ability to bring a sense of order without ever feeling rigid, and to keep the team moving without ever raising his voice. It’s a combination that makes everyone around them better.

What impressed me most was his consistency: every call, every cut, every late-night scramble… he showed up with the same steady professionalism and chilled, buttoned-up confidence. He protected the creative, supported the crew, wrangled celebrities (ask him about a late night Nick Offerman request!) and solved problems before they turned into fires, and did it all with a quiet ease that made one of the most complex jobs of the year feel surprisingly smooth.

If you’re looking for an EP who is unflappable, collaborative, detail-sharp, and a genuinely good human to be in the trenches with, Sachin is exactly that person.

Noah Goldsmith, EP @ MJZ

I am an Executive Producer at MJZ, a leading commercial production company based in Los Angeles, where I have had the privilege of producing campaigns for globally recognized brands such as Apple, Squarespace, and Uber.

I had the pleasure of working with Sachin on the high-profile campaign: “Mustache” for Pringles, a 2025 Super Bowl campaign. As the lead Executive Producer on the campaign, Sachin’s creativity and ability to adapt quickly was pivotal in bringing an extremely ambitious and high-profile project to life. Moreover, the project starred some of the most recognizable celebrities in pop-culture, marking this project a creative success and garnering an 8.4% unit-sales lift for the Pringles brand.

Needless to say, I am confident in his abilities to produce critically acclaimed productions for global brands and companies alike.
